physically, its good to have a healthy one. but what good is a healthy beating heart, if it doesn't reflect the one on your sleeve?

soul?
the reasons for wanting to be healthy are just as vital as the reasons for being healthy. a healthy soul...need i say more?

mind?
persistence, drive, motivation - it's all a mental game. but knowledge is needed too. purpose needs support and thought.

strength?
it takes strength to build strength. physically, mentally, spiritually.

being healthy? it's more than what it's made up to be. it's a way of life.
